Minutes were accepted without opposition.
Financial Report:
Membership account contained $683.88 after neighborhood holiday lighting gifts payment of $225.00.
There are currently 2 members in the association.
Donor Plaque account remains the same at
Archaeology Committee account balance is $7152.06 after a donation of $500.00 was made to Old Pueblo Archaeology.
Welcome Letter—there are 5 new residential families in the neighborhood. Pat will send Welcome Letter to them.
Petition Committee—City of Tucson Ward 2 Office-has not responded to multiple calls made by Sharon. Mitch stated that a new Ward 2 aide, Steve Arnquist may be a new contact person. Mitch suggested the newsletter include letting neighbors know that the board is working on street improvements.

70 households were decorated in 2021 and will receive Honorable Mention status in the newsletter.
Park Stewardship Assignments were reviewed and remain the same.
UPDATE
Cultural Park Clean-up Day had 14 neighbors and 4 board members participate. Very good turnout! City of Tucson did not provide tools as previously promised. The names of participants will be included in the newsletter.
He also suggested that the Board contact Al Dart from Old Archaeology for the name of an archaeologist who would provide a Ramada structural assessment letter to the City of Tucson.
New Business
Neighbors have asked that yard sales return this year. Tabled.
Annual Meeting will occur via Zoom on February 19, 2022 from 10:00-11:00am

Newsletter
The next newsletter will be delivered on the weekend of February 5, 2022.
Next meeting has been scheduled for March 2, 2022 and will include Board Officer elections.
